Global Ecommerce Manager Opportunity

NEON SEARCH is partnering with a high-profile Luxury Brand to find a talented Global Ecommerce Manager to lead their global strategy and drive trading and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

This hybrid role is based in London and requires an entrepreneurially-minded Ecommerce Leader who can drive growth in a cross-category strategy in global markets.

You will be leading a small in-house team in a dynamic trading environment, working with external partners, and fostering collaborative relationships bound by mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Trading/Ecommerce Strategy and lead a small in-house team
  • Strategic planning and implementation of key projects
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Team to support driving sales activity for ecommerce
  • Drive brand engagement and CRO, continuously enhancing website performance and customer experience
  • Oversee the online journey, overseeing all activity across product, campaigns, and imagery
  • Management of external partners and agencies
  • Monthly reporting across the board, commercial acumen, and an analytical mindset
  • Skillful in Shopify Plus platform

Requirements:

  • Solid ecommerce/trading experience, strong ROI track record, commercial acumen, and trading at pace
  • Thriving in an autonomous role, fast-paced team, and aspirations to drive growth of a well-established brand within luxury
  • Small team management/leadership
