Account Director Role

We are currently representing a hugely successful Martech client who have created, through AI, a platform that analyses cross-channel data sets to predict behaviour and revenue generation. Recognised as number one in their field they are now looking to grow their UK sales team with an Account Director

ResponsibilitiesnOwn a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for their retention and growth.nIdentify upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.nProactively own renewals in accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success team.nSucceed in a team selling environment for maximum account penetration and coverage.nConsistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance.nNegotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on “C” and enterprise level negotiations.nParticipating in meetings with key stakeholders starting from onboarding kick-off and Business Review meetings.nDiscovering strategic needs and direction of the customers, setting goals and objectives with a customer that will enable the teams to drive business impact.

Ideal Profiles -n6+ Years within Account Director or Account Management positions.nExperience with growing Enterprise accounts and dealing with 7 figure deals.nIdeally coming from a SaaS company.nRelationships within Ecom, Retail, Logistics, Transportations or Financial Services companies.
