The School and Role
This ‘Good’ two-form entry primary school, which is based in Bedlington, is looking to appoint a full-time Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant. The successful Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will provide general classroom support in Year 1 starting in September 2024. Working hours will be 8:30-15:30, Monday to Friday.
Pupils who attend this school make excellent progress due to the outstanding quality of teaching. Children feel very well supported and comfortable to share their ideas within the classroom.
Requirements
The desired Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience of working with primary school aged children.
Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
An ability to work as part of a team.
