Vision for Education - Newcastle is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Trainee Teaching Assistant scheme. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day needs of children in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
- Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support children's learning and development
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing resources and maintaining records
- Develop strong relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Passion for supporting and helping children
- Dedication to improving outcomes for all children
- Commitment to completing the required training and participating in ongoing professional development
- Willingness to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service
