**Responsibilities**:
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide essential support in the classroom across all year groups. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Classroom Assistance**: Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Assist in delivering lessons, managing classroom behavior, and providing one-on-one support to students.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide targeted assistance to students who may require additional help, adapting teaching materials to meet their learning needs.
- **Resource Management**: Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials, ensuring classrooms are well-equipped for effective learning.
- **Supervision**: Support the teacher in maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, both inside the classroom and during outdoor activities.
- **Communication**: Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents, keeping them informed about student progress and any concerns that may arise.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional relevant qualifications or training in education would be advantageous.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred but not essential. A genuine passion for supporting young learners is crucial.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work across all primary school year groups and adapt to varying teaching styles.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, working effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Initiative**: Proactive and able to take initiative when supporting the teacher and managing classroom activities.
