The Role:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the children's home
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in care
  • Managing and training staff effectively
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards

The Candidate:
  • Must have prior experience with Ofsted
