RESOURCE PLANNING MANAGER
HULL/ NORTH WEST
£55,000
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation, are looking for a Resource Planning Manager to join their fast-paced and rapidly growing team. In this newly created role as a Resource Planning Manager, you will be responsible for identifying fundamental asset management & planning issues, bringing rigorous analytical thinking into the business and support the business to run more efficiently and maximise the field-based engineering resource.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Resource Planning Manager, you will:
* Lead and maximise data, planning, reporting and analytics capability through the ownership of existing software and real time engagement on various platforms.
* Optimise delivery through continued assessment of workload and activity.
* Present ideas, management information (MI), analysis and insight to leadership to influence strategic decisions and objectives.
* Enhance the quality of planning to optimise the workforce, increase efficiency and productivity.
* Develop capacity modelling to drive recruitment optimisation.
* Develop productivity incentivisation schemes.
* Manage the recruitment, performance management and development of staff to ensure that the resources are managed effectively to meet business needs.
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for the role of Resource Planning Manager, you will need:
* A wealth of experience of data modelling tools and techniques.
* Proven experience in a similar role around resource planning of field-based teams.
* Full, current UK driving licence
* Experience of operating systems like WFM and ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Experience of establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and SLT
* Applied knowledge of working within a regulated industry desirable
* Experience of producing management information (MI) reporting
* Comprehensive experience of managing projects with strong time management skills
* Must be commutable to Hull and happy to work in a hybrid role
