Resource Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Resource Administrator to join our team in Hessle on a permanent basis. The Resource Administrator will provide administrative support and assistance to the Resourcing Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment Support:
- Create contractor and staff folders
- Manage and file documentation relating to the hiring of all staff and contractors
- Write Short Form Quotations for clients using the relevant OSL template
- Process and acknowledge Purchase Orders where necessary
- Support with references, contracts, and Insurances
- Arrange and carry out inductions for all new starters. if there is a need for software, order from the supplier
- Populate and update the contractor information spreadsheets
- Coordinate and facilitate the Induction Process for all new starters
- Liaise with our external IT provider to ensure all new starter IT equipment and set up is completed in good time
- Creating job ads and posting on LinkedIn
Front Desk Duties:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and arrange refreshments where required
- Answer and screen calls. Transfer calls to the appropriate member of staff
- Take and relay messages, record enquiries and maintain movement sheets of all OSL personnel
- Perform general clerical duties including the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Select and purchase office consumables and equipment and arrange maintenance of faulty office equipment
- Prepare meeting rooms and keep them ready for use
- Book offsite meeting facilities
- Set up and coordinate meetings
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements
- Book training courses
- Type up meeting minutes and distribute
- Distribute and collection of VDU assessments
- Point of contact for cleaners and other contractors
- Provide administrative support to Projects as required
- Monitor service renewal dates and book maintenance visits for office services and equipment
**Skills Required**:
- IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good numerical skills and understanding
- Effective communicator
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Keen team player
