We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Hygiene team, as Hygiene Manager.

The key elements of the role are:

Coordinate hygiene staff and make sure work is carried out correctly and efficiently to meet the expectations of the business Ensuring CIC documentation is up to date Monthly chemical spend v’s raw production review Ensure the correct cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment is available Plan, supervise, coordinate and motivate team members in all processes and tasks Manage hygiene team to ensure effectiveness of operation at all times Co-ordinate all Hygiene related Corrective Action in reaction to all audits and visits To identify key area of risk in various food operations for early remedial actions To manage, coach and develop the team, ensuring appropriate development plans are in place Find ways to save time and efficiency by utilising staff resources to their full potential as well as plant and machinery resource

Shift is: Monday to Friday
