Are you ready to lead and innovate in the dynamic world of pharmaceutical sales?
Our client is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead their strategic initiatives across the UK within Haematology, Oncology, Rheumatology and Urology. As a Sales Director, you will oversee a talented team including a National Sales Manager, Key Account Managers, and National Account Managers, driving growth and leading all key activities across the sales function.

Ideal Requirements for a Sales Director
* At least 5+ years’ experience in a sales management role (National Sales Manager, General Manager, Business Unit Director) within the pharmaceutical industry
* Significant management experience in budgets, people and processes across multiple teams.
* Experience of working with pre-launch and established brands including the building of sales team and territory structure.
Role Responsibilities for a Sales Director
* Lead and direct NSM and team of KAMs to promote their products to targeted healthcare professionals and payers in primary and secondary care and specific sales goals.
* Achieve or exceed sales goals with the NSM, KAM and NAM teams at both territory and national level.
* Provide adequate training, coaching, follow-up and development of sales representatives in all phases of their work including career development such as securing outside coaching to drive performance.
