About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Sales Director to lead our sales team in the electrical automation and industrial connectivity sector. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales experts, and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales engineers and business development managers to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the electrical automation and industrial connectivity sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturing, engineering, and industrial companies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
