About the Role

Safestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Recruit and train new sales team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to deliver on business plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the home improvements industry or a similar field.
  • Ability to motivate and guide sales team members to achieve targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
