This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to support our growth and contribute to the success of our business. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and driving business growth across the East & West Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Branch Managers to deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the central team (Marketing and Payroll) to ensure the delivery of company ethos, culture, and branding.
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategies to enhance and increase performance, efficiency, and results across the business.
- Build, support, train, and coach a sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities within the branch network and key locations to expand our business.
- Arrange and attend sales meetings, support Branch Managers with new and existing clients, and represent the company as the face of the business.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, documenting client interactions and activities to ensure the sales team is generating enough leads and attending enough appointments to meet sales targets.
- Support individuals and teams to meet sales targets and ensure the company values are upheld, adhered to, and driven by you to maintain, develop, and enhance our company values, reputation, and brand.
- Regularly visit branches throughout the network to provide support and guidance.
- Possess a good level of commercial acumen and be client-focused.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Industrial or Transport Recruitment sector.
- Previous demonstrable experience of winning business and delivering a quality service.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
