Join Our Team as a National Business Development Manager

Alexander James Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities across the UK.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales and business development. You will have a proven track record of success in selling pallets and related products, and be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the logistics and warehousing industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a company car and bonus opportunity. You will also receive 20 days holiday + statutory, and be eligible for our competitive pension scheme.
