Pendragon Vehicle Management is the fleet management and leasing business within Pendragon PLC

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Sales Director. Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director we are looking for an experienced Director who can drive performance through the field sales resource to help increase the growth in volume of vehicle contracts and additional value added product sales in our chosen market sectors. Not only will you be accountable for the growth of vehicle contracts, you will also be expected to deploy and implement a successful sales culture by effective performance management, training and development, ensuring the sales team members follow up and convert all potential sales opportunities. Be at the forefront of developing leading edge new working practices utilising technology to increase performance.

This position includes the direct responsibility to drive and achieve all new business opportunities from the new business team, generating income and future profits. You must have the capability to drive a strategy and product offering whilst representing the business with key customers, external stakeholders and industry bodies.

**What does the role of Corporate Sales Director involve?**
- Achieve overall sales and profit targets, whilst providing an exceptional quality service.
- Achieve agreed conversion targets for customers at end of contracts
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other Senior Leaders to construct compelling innovative product propositions and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the new business team has the skills to deliver the level of new business contracts
- Maximise special and national accounts opportunities to drive profitable fleet growth of direct sales.
- Agree monthly quarterly activities alongside other initiatives that generate inbound enquiries to the business. Always evaluate and propose new products given changing needs
