About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Challenging Behaviours to join our team in a full-time role, newly created to enhance our support for students with complex needs. The position offers a salary of £85-£100 per day and involves working with a class of 30 students, focusing particularly on those requiring additional behavioural support. You will collaborate closely with teachers to implement individual education plans and contribute to a positive learning environment. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students’ lives, supported by a dedicated team and comprehensive resources.

• Experience working with children with challenging behaviours.
• A strong understanding of SEN provisions and strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with challenging behaviours.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and adjustments as needed.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
