Key Responsibilities:

Business DevelopmentnIdentify and secure new business opportunities in line with the Convenience strategy of driving, logistics, manufacturing and ancillary. This location has a particular focus on manufacturing and logistics.nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.nYour targeted prospect lists will be aligned to branch expectations.nConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify growth opportunities.nCreate and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Support and CoachingnProvide mentorship and coaching to consultants, supporting their sales activities and ops metrics expectations.nHold regular meetings with recruitment consultants to review progress, set objectives, and offer feedback with branch manager direction.nDevelop and implement training programs to enhance consultants' skills in sales, client management, and industry knowledge.

Client ManagementnSupport existing client relationships in line with the national accounts team to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and to keep future business.nEnsure any escalations that you are made aware of are dealt with promptly and that you’re engaging the right stakeholders.

Operational ExcellencenWork closely with the Branch Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch and regional sales targets.nMonitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.nEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Travel requirementsnAs part of the team within branch, you will be required to be in branch with management and consultants on designated working days.nYou will travel within your designated region to meet with clients and prospects. Plan travel efficiently to maximise time spent on business development and consultant support activities.

Skills required

Experience in a sales-focused role within the recruitment industry, preferably in manufacturing and logistics.nStrong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.nDemonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high performance.nStrong understanding of the recruitment process and industry-specific challenges within driving and logistics.
