Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the manufacturing and engineering sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
