Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute plans to boost our digital footprint, enhance sales performance, and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the daily functions of our online sales platform, ensuring smooth transactions and an intuitive user experience.
  • Examine data and market trends to refine product presentations, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
  • Objective of the Role:
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the builders' merchant sector for our fire safety solutions.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with management to synchronize online sales strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Execute impactful digital marketing initiatives to drive website traffic, enhance conversion rates, and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Leverage analytical tools to assess the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an E-Commerce leadership role or a comparable position, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce systems, digital marketing, and online sales methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for cultivating and maintaining business relationships.
  • Familiarity with the builders' merchant industry is a plus.
