About the Role

Mercedes-Benz of Ashford is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our enthusiastic and friendly team on site. As a Sales Executive, you will be specialising in both New and Used car sales, focusing on providing world-class customer motoring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their wants and needs, suggesting suitable vehicles that match their requirements.
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Negotiate the final price for the sale, ensuring a fair and transparent transaction.
  • Complete relevant paperwork for each sale, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with all relevant departments throughout the sales process, ensuring an efficient and smooth transaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
