Description
Produce stock from process sheets, varying levels of work-in-progress through to finished goods
Prepare daily loading list for goods being dispatched to customers
Record and monitor raw material purchase prices
Create purchase order requests from various staff members
Update and maintain supplier catalogue prices
Enter goods receipts into system
Manage monthly physical stock take and reconcile volumes with the system investigating variances
Enter/update bill of materials in the system
Ability to communicate with non-financial staff members to rectify issues/queriesProfile
A successful Finance & Stock Administrator should have:
A background in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Proven experience in inventory management and financial administration.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
