Stock Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a established company based in Newark.
You will be joining the team as a Stock Administrator on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
To manage Logistics and stock control within the warehouse controlling the stock in and out in the most time and cost-effective manner with the mindset of delivering service excellence in their approach.
Key Responsibilities but are not limited to:
- Maintain and update systems to show all stock movement history in and out of the Warehouse.
- Check all stock deliveries are correct and are input onto the system correctly.
- To monitor all courier traffic, investigating and rectifying and daily delivery discrepancies, liaising with couriers as required.
- Manage day to day relationships with supplier and partners.
- Managing all returned stock, including faulty units and ensuring they are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Liaise with other departments to provide input and find solutions to resolve customer queries.
- To ensure all departmental targets are met whilst working under pressure to provide excellent customer service.
- Be accountable for ensuring that every customer interaction is handled to the same consistent high standard delivering customer service excellence.
- Maintain a consistently high degree of accuracy throughout the warehouse environment using correct company procedures and policies.
- Monitor and liaise with suppliers regarding exchanges of faulty units to ensure fast turnaround and correct costs charged.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 - 5:30
**Salary**: £21,500 per annum.
