Skins Sexual Health Ltd and their parent company Creative Conceptions Ltd are currently looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their General Admin Hub and become part of their award-winning team based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Inbound/Outbound Calls.
- Supplier Invoicing / PDN’s / Pricing Queries.
- Creating PO’s / Chasing Suppliers / Stock Allocation.
- Freight & Duty Invoices.
- Admin support to the Purchasing Team (creating Commercial Invoices etc).
- Liaising with our dedicated Fulfilment Centres.
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Team Player with the ability to work independently and a high level of integrity.
- Fastidious attention to detail and an enquiring mind.
- Highly organised and forward thinking.
- A strong background in General Administration and Admin Systems and the ability to grasp new processes and concepts quickly.
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise own workload around fluctuating deadlines.
- Excellent written, numeracy and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, takes ownership of daily tasks with a can-do attitude.
- Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ administration experience.
2+ years Administration experience required
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
