About the Role:

SF Recruitment is collaborating with a manufacturing organization to find a skilled Accounts Assistant to enhance their finance department.

This position is office-based, operating from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, with an earlier finish on Fridays. As a member of a compact finance team, your responsibilities will encompass the management of both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing utilizing MS Dynamics
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Maintenance of cash books
  • Management of credit card expenses
  • Distribution of customer statements
  • Credit control, including following up with customers for payments
  • Establishing credit accounts for clients

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an experienced accounts professional who ideally possesses knowledge of both sides of the ledger. However, we welcome applications from individuals with experience in either area of finance.
