Job Title: Legal Finance Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in finance and administration? We are seeking a skilled Legal Finance Administrator to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading law firm in Manchester, managing the billing and credit control processes. As a Legal Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Implementing and managing the firm's WIP (Work in Progress) process
  • Overseeing time recording across the firm, liaising with fee earners
  • Implementing and enforcing credit control procedures
  • Assisting with client onboarding processes
  • Supporting additional finance-related operational duties as required
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role within a leading regional or national law firm
  • Proficiency with practice management, accounting systems, time recording, and legal billing software
  • Strong understanding of office technology with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and think strategically
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
