**Salary**: £10.42 to £11.42

XS Recruitment are working with National Client, offering permanent contracts.
This position would be working form their Head Office in Newcastle Upon Tyne
**Duties and responsibilities**
- First point of call for all incoming calls to the department
- Supporting the Inventory Controller with reporting of stock control and stock management
- Manage delivery notifications to remote stock locations and Stock Action Forms
- Assisting with day to day functions of the purchasing and warehouse team
- Managing status grid and PO reports to progress call actions
- Process stock reconciliation adjustments to ensure stock integrity
**Qualifications and Experience**
No specific qualifications are required, however, the below would be desirable.
- Previous experience in a stores or procurement setting.
- Experience in the fire and security industry
- CASH for Windows system experience
- Experience in administrative role
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software
