**Our client is one of the UK's leading independent providers of wealth management and investment services, and they are looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join them in their Newcastle team.**

**This FTSE250 firm are an award winning company who invest heavily in their employees progression and development - encouraging internal progression, funding for exams and complete training and support to help you achieve your career goals.**

As an Administrator within the Transfers team, you will be arranging and settling transfers of stocks using platforms such as Clearstream and CREST. You will be required to support the transfer requests, process stock transfers, and liaise with third parties to arrange transfers.

Duties will also include the monitoring of stock settlements, providing regular updates to the Investment Manager, including completion of the transfer. You will be required to manage cash transfers, update transferring client ISA subscriptions and monitor ISA debit positions.

Skills required:

- Qualifications -Strong GCSE / A Levels
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to cope in high-pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise workloads with effective time management skills
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous

**Benefits**:
