We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our clients dynamic Customer Service Team. This role is vital in maintaining excellent customer relations, as you will be the first point of contact for their valued clients. If you are a well-informed, friendly, and helpful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers via phone and email
Process orders and update data accurately
Obtain missing information, take payments, and address queries
Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Communicate customer feedback internally
Utilise the bespoke software system
Stay updated with new products and features
Build and maintain effective customer relationships
Provide excellent personal and professional service
Essential Skills:
Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Team player with high dedication and CRM software experience
Competent in MS Office and keyboard skills
Effective upselling and promotion of products
Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (no weekends or bank holidays)
Onsite car parking
