Rate: £12.50 per hour
We are seeking a motivated and organised Accounts Admin/Finance Assistant to start immediately for a temporary position in Carlisle, with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity. This is a great chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the financial operations of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of invoices promptly and accurately into the system.
Efficiently handle supplier and internal customer queries.
Ensure purchase invoices follow company authorisation procedures.
Manage stock levels of office supplies and place orders when required.
Resolve queries in the P&L system and ensure accuracy.
Manage admin and invoice email accounts.
Support the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Perform other general office duties as required.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Excel, Word, and accounting/invoice software.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions within set parameters.
Strong organisational skills.
Familiarity with CIS and Domestic Reverse Charge VAT is highly beneficial.
