- Scanning client records to enable the team to prepare accounts and VAT returns
- Covering postal duties when Reception/Admin are on annual leave (incoming/outgoing post needs recorded, scanned and saved to document management software/passed to relevant persons along with being franked and delivered to the postal box)
- Updating internal calendar and ensuring they are up to date
- Preparation of letters and accounts' documentation to be sent to clients
