Role**:Bid Administrator**

Type: Permanent

Location: Carlisle

**Salary**: £28,000

As a Bid Administrator your duties will include:

- Client portal administration including co-ordinating document management, monitoring client systems and compiling/uploading bid submissions.
- Supporting tender submissions
- Importing and exporting data from estimating software to client systems.
- Working with managers to input data and update monthly business plans.
- Monitoring internal and external sources to update SharePoint databases.
- General administrative duties

- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player
- Excellent IT skills (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
- Methodical with strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Able to work in high pressure environment
- Organised, logical and able to work efficiently to strict deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
