Job DescriptionnProviding comprehensive administrative support to the Legal team.nAssisting in the management of legal projects and tasks.nCoordinating with various departments within the company.nEnsuring legal documents are accurately maintained and updated.nAssisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.nManaging timelines and schedules to meet project deadlines.nMaintaining confidentiality of sensitive company information.nSupporting the Legal team in any additional tasks as required.

The Successful ApplicantnA successful Legal Project Administrator should have:nQualifications in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.nHigh level of proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, including (but not limited to) Word, Excel, PowerPointnSalesforce & Docusign knowledge preferablenStrong organisational and project management skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.nGood understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry.nThe ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
