The business takes a quality over quantity approach to their work, allowing for more time to focus on getting the work correct the first time and discussing personal development.
With two promotion seasons per year, there are opportunities for growth within the Projects team or a sideways move into other areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Good experience with core DB pension administration
- Solid Excel experience with manual calculations and use of V-look ups, Pivot tables, Micro's/Macros
- Involved with annual events such as Pension increases, annual allowance or GMP
