Project Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to join our client, a growing company based in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will support project management activities and ensure the smooth execution of projects from inception to completion. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and project coordination responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of live projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, including tracking project progress and updating relevant documentation.
  • Communication: Make and receive phone calls to facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist with setting up and coordinating project meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
  • Minute-Taking: Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Assist with project planning activities, contributing to the development of project timelines and milestones.
  • Event Organization: Organize and book venues for project-related events and meetings.
  • Project Calendar Management: Maintain an up-to-date project calendar, ensuring all deadlines and important dates are accurately recorded.
  • Financial Management: Keep track of project budgets and expenditures, ensuring all financial activities are documented.
