BIM Coordinator

Integrated Project Services (IPS) is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and workflows for pharmaceutical projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM processes and workflows.
- Coordinate BIM projects with all disciplines to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Create and manage project BIM models, including developing and maintaining model standards, templates, and libraries.
- Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure that BIM deliverables are delivered on time.
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and completeness, including maintaining the model content and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to the wider project team on BIM-related tools and workflows.
- Experience in developing and managing BIM processes, workflows, and standards.
- Extensive previous design experience in mechanical and electrical system design.
- Understanding of BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud environment.
- Proficient in the use of Revit software, including creating and managing complex 3D models and families.
- Experienced in model review, navigation, and clash detection using Navisworks.
