Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with recruitment software and tools.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment and human resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow as a recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates; understand recruitment process; conduct phone screens and interviews; utilise recruitment tools and software; build candidate relationships and maintain pipeline; match candidates with suitable job opportunities; participate in team meetings and training sessions; assist with administrative tasks; initiate compliance process and gather legal documentation; keep up to date with industry trends and changes
