**Your Company**:
A financial services business has engaged NET Recruit to assist on their search for a Recruitment Business Partner to join the team in the Bournemouth area. The business is experiencing a large growth period which is set to continue over the coming years and therefore are looking to grow the recruitment team with strategically-minded recruiters who can deliver high results and provide a good insight on strategies and best practices for retaining high-quality talent.

This will be an important role, supporting the Head of Recruitment with both hands on recruitment and resourcing and also looking for ways to improve the team and processes within the business to ensure the most effective approach is taken.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:_
- Managing and overseeing the full recruitment process within the business, ensuring that jobs and adverts are posted for all roles
- Ensuring hiring managers are sent pre-screened, top-quality talent within the deadlines set for the roles
- Overseeing the onboarding process, reporting directly into the Head of Onboarding to ensure a smooth process and that all checks are completed
- Working alongside senior management to evaluate recruitment processes and actively find solutions for improvement on key areas to ensure the team are working as efficiently as possible and adhering to best practices
- Acting as a partner to the leadership team and hiring managers, to consult on strategic matters surrounding recruitment and onboarding
- Supporting on projects to push recruitment activity to its fullest potential
