We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join a professional services team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the administrative finance tasks.
Monday to Friday - 9-5pm.
Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established company in the professional services industry. With a workforce of over 500 employees, they provide an array of services to clients across the globe.
Description
Corrections of procurement coding of POs to align with the AP process.
Handle daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Profile
A successful Accounts Administrator should have:
A background in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of Oracle.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse financial data.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Offer
