This is not a hard-sell position, the right person will have integrity, be values led and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service along-side meeting and exceeding sales targets.
The responsibilities of the Telesales Executive:
* Making outbound calls to schools to build relationships with decision makers and sell specific products relevant for their needs
* Account management of any new clients that you win
* Keeping the CRM system updated
* Making approximately 50 outbound calls a day
* Taking inbound calls and processing orders
What we are looking for from you:
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Resilience
* Target driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with industry specific tools and software, e.g. CRM would be helpful, but full training will be given.
* Someone who is hard working, professional and has a calm manner.
