Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Workstreet. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of new partners and ensuring the continued expansion of our UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of accounts, with the intention to grow additional business and revenue for our products and services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date opportunity pipeline, chase all open opportunities, and organize our CRM system accordingly.
  • Manage site visit post-actions via our CRM system for additional opportunities of hardware sales.
  • Retain and develop existing customers aligned with our key account manager.
  • Provide software training to managed accounts to promote user engagement and ensure clients are getting the best out of our solutions supplied.
  • Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Future development within the role will be to identify new business opportunities through existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales support, account manager, or similar background.
  • Adaptability in communication with various industry accounts and contacts.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills and work within a small, fast-paced company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Office 365/Excel.
  • Good understanding of technology.
  • Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
  • Proactive, organized, great time and workload management to prioritize tasks and actions.
  • Experience with working within the software industry is desirable but not essential.
