Internal Sales Representative

£25,000 to 28,000 Basic salary Plus Quarterly Uncapped Bonus

Monday to Friday 9-5pm

Our company, a leading manufacturing business, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to support in the development of new partnerships to ensure the continued expansion of the UK market.

The requirement is for an office-based point of contact for new & existing customers, developing long-term relationships, and generating additional business via proactive sales. Previous experience and a track record of building and delivering relationships within a sales/account management environment is essential.

Internal Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Manage their own portfolio of accounts, with the intention to grow additional business and revenue for products and services.
  • Maintain opportunity pipeline, ensure it is up to date, chase all open opportunities, and organize CRM system accordingly.
  • Manage site visit post actions via CRM system for additional opportunities of hardware sales.
  • Retain, and develop existing customers aligned with key account manager.
  • Software training of managed accounts to promote user engagement, and ensure clients are getting the best out of the solutions supplied.
  • Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Future development within the role will be to identify new business opportunities through existing accounts.

Internal Sales Representative Requirements

  • 2-3 Years B2B sales support, account manager or similar background.
  • Adaptability in your communication with various industry accounts and contacts.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills and work within a small, fast-paced company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficient in Office 365/Excel.
  • Good Understanding of technology.
  • Confident communicator both internally with the team and externally with your managed accounts.
  • Proactive, organized, great time and work-load management to prioritize tasks and actions.
  • Experience with working within the software industry desirable but not essential.
