We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our pioneering Health & Medical organisation. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth of our organisation by nurturing relationships with customers and providing product and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on leads and close sales through consultative B2C interactions
- Provide technical product and service information to support purchasing decisions
- Build relationships with customers and articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective objection handling and negotiation skills
About You:
We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in human health and a keen interest in the medical sector. Ideally, you will have experience in sales (telephone based preferred) and a degree qualification or previous industry experience. You will need to be empathetic and calm, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organisation. You will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and a good commission plan with an OTE of c£35,000.
