The Treasury and Business Planning Lead will be responsible for overseeing the treasury and business planning activities within a not-for-profit organisation based in Hertfordshire. This role will involve overseeing the existing debt structure, as well as executing future financing.

Description

  • Oversee all treasury functions, including cash management, investments, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead the financial business planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide advice on financial strategies, investments and capital plans.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of Treasury professionals.

Profile

A successful Treasury and Business Planning Lead should have:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or AMCT
  • Strong experience in treasury management and business planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
