About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on driving new business growth. You will:


New Business Development:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan aimed at expanding our client base in Bristol and the South West, specifically targeting new project management service opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive professional relationships with potential clients.
  • Utilise financial strategies to boost sales revenue and achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor and manage all business-related invoicing processes.


Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client-related issues and needs.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Keep accurate client records, including contract updates and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to create strategic recruitment plans to address client resource needs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.


About You

You have a keen interest in various industry sectors and are adept at spotting opportunities for business growth. Ideally, you have experience in project management, but more importantly, you are driven by results and possess the skills to lead and unite multi-disciplinary teams. Building and maintaining strong internal and client relationships is crucial to your success.
