Accounts Assistant - The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to do an all-rounded accounts role. The Accounts Assistant will be expected to liaise with all areas of the business, suppliers, and customers. This position would suit a candidate with some existing skill sets who has a desire to become an “all-rounder” with a good working knowledge of all ledgers, training to be provided
Accounts Assistant - The Skills & Experience
* At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
* Experience with purchase and sales ledgers (can post AP/AR invoices)
* Posting bank transactions
* Experience in dealing with supplier/customer queries via phone and email
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work independently of supervision and be proactive in all areas of the role
* Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks
* Advanced Excel skills
* Remain composed in a busy / fast paced environment
* Team player with "hands on" approach
* Excellent Communication skills
* Willing and able to learn
