We are looking to welcome new Sales Advisors that have character, alongside being helpful, determined and friendly, to join our dynamic sales team.
We're inviting exceptional individuals to be part of our call centre team, joining Sensée Operations Limited, trading as The Contact Company on site in Birkenhead. If you're passionate about connecting with customers, driving results and making a real impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:
* You'll need to create lasting connections with potential customers. Your ability to build rapport will be your gateway to closing deals.
* Craft pitches that showcase the value of our products and services. Your words will be the bridge that connects our offerings to our customers' needs.
* Embrace the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets. You'll be a driving force in ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional results.
* Be the go-to source for customer enquiries about accounts, campaigns, and orders. Your knowledge and responsiveness will set us apart.
* Engage in daily team sessions to celebrate wins, analyse performance, and set new goals. Your positivity will inspire the team to reach new heights.
* Turn customer complaints into opportunities. You'll balance customer needs with account requirements, knowing when to escalate for resolution.
* Additional duties as required to meet business needs.
What we are looking for from a Sales Advisor:
* Previous sales experience, coupled with great conversation skills.
* Impressive IT skills.
* Superb rapport building skills.
* Availability for a 40HPW role, across Mon-Sun shift rota pattern.
* Amazing levels of active listening and ability to identify opportunities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Enthusiastic team player, always ready to take up the next challenge.
