The last few years have been some of the most challenging in memory for the fertiliser sector, but this industry leading fertiliser business have flourished and are set to have an excellent 2024. As a result of this success they are looking to expand their team, increasing the technical skillset of the team with a Technical Development Agronomy Manager.

You will be a key figure in the business, working closely with the Research and Development Manager, trials and commercial teams to include the Commercial Director and Sales Managers.

You will:

• Manage and build a portfolio of farming customers- providing agronomic advice, sales and support on fertilisers and bio stimulants.

• Develop relationships with distributors and independent agronomists, providing advice and support where required.

• Prepare and implement technical development plans, ensuring the product range is at the forefront of technology.

• Technical training, internally and externally to include speaking at events, conferences and exhibitions.

You will need:

• A degree at BSc or above in a relevant qualification.

• FACTS and BASIS are highly desirable.

• Experience of advising and selling relevant products out on farm.

• Exceptional technical understanding of agronomic practices, crop nutrition and crop products.
