Job Title: Agronomy Quality Support Specialist - Produce ExpertiseEstimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job DescriptionCompany OverviewWe're undergoing an exciting transformation in the retail industry, building a bigger, better, and fresher food business. As part of our agronomy team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality produce for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the agronomy team with store quality delivery, identifying trends through complaint and system data.
- Gather feedback from stores and visits, producing and sharing reports from internal and external produce due diligence systems.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability and Ethical teams, handling agronomy group meetings, and coordinating crop reports.
- Organize benchmarking samples, create weekly complaint reports, and support ad-hoc admin and data requests.
