About the Role:

Join a leading global medical equipment manufacturing company as a Field Service Engineer in North London & East Anglia. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced medical devices and equipment used in healthcare settings. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the optimal performance of products to meet high standards of patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine servicing and emergency repairs on medical equipment.
  • Conduct pre-assessments of customer IT infrastructures and coordinate system integration with their medical software and hospital systems.
  • Manage service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and identifying new service business opportunities.
  • Ensure equipment meets safety and performance standards.
  • Conduct equipment testing, troubleshooting, and calibration.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare staff.

 

Requirements:

  • HND/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with software-based complex medical devices (diagnostic, imaging, or life support equipment preferred).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
