I am looking for an experienced Agronomist, to join this loyal team at senior management level- you will be provided with ample room to have a real impact on your business unit (and the business as a whole) by heading up the commercial operations and management of the agronomy team with a direct management structure and no corporate red tape. You may be someone from a leadership position or perhaps you are keen to channel your leadership skills and agronomy experience into a managerial role.

This business are a well established, successful and highly trusted business based in Scotland, they have build up an excellent reputation through providing an exceptional service level. Whilst this is a long standing business with an impressive history spanning decades, they are certainly not afraid of change, evolving year on year but always holding the farming community at the heart of what they do.

The successful person will have/be:

• A strong level of experience in agronomy, you will need equal technical and commercial acumen. As you may expect from their area of operations, a significant portion of this company's revenue comes from grassland services so it would be highly advantageous to have experience in this area.

• Ideally, team management experience.

• Based or willing to relocate to SW Scotland/Northern England.
